Dear Respected Customer,Chinese New Year is fast approaching, and we would like to wish a very Happy Chinese New Year for those who celebrates. There are a few changes to the trading hours of Hang Seng Index (HSI) during Chinese New Year period. HSI trading will end early at 11:00 WIB on 11 February 2021, and the market is closed between 12 February to 15 February. Trading resumes on 16 February. Other varieties will trade as normal.

During the Chinese New Year period, our customer service team will operate as normal. Deposits and withdrawals will not be affected.

As per notified by our Liquidity Provider (LP), the January contract of Hang Seng Index will expire soon and forced liquidation will be carried out. The February contract will start trading.

Hi Traders! New Yeas is fast approaching and we would like to wish Happy New Year! During the New Year period, a few varieties won’t be available to trade. 

Forex: Market will be closed on 1st January and can’t be traded.

Gold and Silver: Market will be closed on 1st January and can’t be traded.

Hang Seng Index: Market will close early at 11 AM on 30th December, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed on 1st January.

Crude Oil: Market will be closed on 1st January 4:00 AM onwards, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed for the whole day on 1st January. 

Nasdaq: Market will be closed on 1st January at 3:00 AM, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed for the whole day on the 1st January.

All varieties will resume trading as normal on 4th January. Cryptocurrency trading is not affected by the above holidays and will trade as usual. All deposits and withdrawal during this period will be processed as normal.

Hi Traders! Christmas is fast approaching and we would like to wish you Merry Christmas to all who celebrates. During the Christmas period, a few varieties won’t be available to trade. 

Forex: Market will be closed on 25th December and can’t be traded.

Gold and Silver: Market will be closed on 25th December at 1:45AM, market will be closed the whole day on the 25th December.

Hang Seng Index: Market will close early at 11AM on the 24th December, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed on 25th December.

Crude Oil: Market will be closed on 25th December 1:45AM onwards, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed on the 25th December. 

Nasdaq: Market will be closed on 25th December 1:00AM onwards, all positions will be closed 30 mins prior. Market will be closed on the 25th December.

All varieties will resume trading as normal on 28th December. Cryptocurrency trading is not affected by the above holidays and will trade as usual. All deposits and withdrawal during this period will be processed as normal.

According to the notice from the exchange, the trading schedule for Thanksgiving Day is as follows: On November 26 (Thursday) the Nasdaq futures, U.S. crude oil, gold and silver will be closed early at 20:00. On November 27 (Friday) the Nasdaq futures will be closed early at 20:15, and US crude oil, gold and silver will be closed at 20:45 (early close. Based on the Exchange notification, the trading schedule for Chinese National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival is as follows: The Hang Seng Index will be closed all day from October 1 to October 2 (GMT + 8) and will reopen on October 5 To trade in other varieties as usual. During the holidays, all deposits and withdrawals are normal. 

Notice About Clearing Time in Demo Account on Weekend08/28/2020 12:15:59

Dear Respected Customer,

As per the requests of our customers, demo account will also be subject to clearing time just like real account. From this week onwards, Hang Seng Index’s position will be automatically closed on Saturday  before market closure. Crude oil, Nasdaq, Gold, Silver, Brent Oil, S&P index, US Gold, Down Jones Index will be cleared  before market closure. Please be careful when managing open position in demo account. You can close your position by yourself.
