This morning, gold market opened more than $40 higher than the closing price on Friday. Since it was Monday, the market opened at $1930, causing some investors who open SHORT/SELL position who held their positions over the weekend to be unable to close their positions and have a negative balance. However, do not be worried. Our platform provides negative balance protection for all investors. All account with negative balance will be reset to zero after confirmation.
